• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned engineering projects to meet standards; customer’s, company’s and international. • Developing budgets, scope of work and preparing technical documents that interpret the needs and requirements of clients and the company. • Creating structural drawings, detailed machine and part drawings, and understanding manufacturer’s documents to effectively communicate with technicians in the workshop. • Performing design validations for the successful implementation of products, especially for the design phase of products life.

• Part of the R&D team of Engineers responsible for the conceptualization of several Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (CIED) or Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) projects, creating 3D models, working drawings and performing engineering analysis (FEA, CFD etc). • Supporting in the manufacturing and implementation of these projects by assisting in the workshop in performing several machining operations (drilling, welding, cutting, turning, CNC milling etc.). • Teaching and instructing the Nigeria Army Engineers (NAE) on the use of Computer-aided design software for engineering.

Installing, configuring and diagnosing of computer softwares and hardware problems, and providing a fix.

Responsibilities • Getting requirements from client, researching on potential materials, designs, resources and relevant technologies that aligns with client’s specification and have so far successfully completed more than 30 design gigs. • Creating designs and performing design validations for the successful implementation of products, especially for the design phase of product’s life.

• Overseeing project throughout the entire design cycle; from the conceptualization of ideas, UX/UI design, to the actual development and service of the project. • Gathering user needs/feedback through research methods such as observations, interviews, and usability testing, and translate these findings into design solutions and refinements. • Setting design processes and creating designs to increase user engagement and conversion rate. Partner with engineers and product owners to provide value through designing the interactions, interface, and functionality of our products. • Collecting all business requirements from clients during kickoff, collaborating to define an MVP. Serviced and maintained various cars. Troubleshot and fixed on-board diagnostics (OBD) codes that detect problems in vehicles by a unique code. Worked with experienced technicians and fellow interns to offer good customer services to clients. Accomplished several servicing and parts replacement task without supervision.
