What are the key point required to manufacture or design gears
i have to design a gear fopr my project which can sustain 10N torque, no size limitation gear experts please help

a few hints
the unit for torque is Nm (newton meter) - N (newton) is the unit for force
for dimensioning a gear the torque is not sufficient, you will need either the power or the revolution speed for dimensioning
