I am currently establishing a high-end nutritional supplements manufacturing facility in Egypt, focused on toll manufacturing. We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the localized design and manufacturing of our production lines.

We intend to build high-speed, GMP-compliant machinery, including:

Solid Dosage: Rotary Tablet Press & Automatic Capsule Fillers.

Liquids & Powders: Multi-lane Sachet machines & High-speed Filling lines.

Specialty: ODF (Oral Dissolvable Film) casting & slitting lines.

Packaging: Alu-PVC Blister & Cartoning machines.

Scope of Work:

Full 3D Modeling (SolidWorks/Inventor) and 2D Production Drawings (AutoCAD).

Selection of FDA-approved materials (SS 316L, Food-grade polymers).

Integration of high-end automation (Siemens/Delta PLC, Servo Systems).

Providing a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for off-the-shelf components.
