i wish we do some diagnosis and fix the problems.

i run connex 260 350 fortus 450 and f270 and uprint and all of them have been doing good.

Got a new head replaced under warranty. No help needed! Just checkin gin with the community to see if it will be a common problem with the machine. Thanks!

Running F370 and Beta new F120. Both run well over the "replace head" error. (1500 hours typical.) I do a wire brush occasionally to make sure things are clean on heads and run ABS almost exclusively. When I start seeing "jams" I replace them. I have seen the "insert" that goes into the head pop off when it does auto change a few times. Other than that, they have been running excellent.

Thanks, James. When you say that your "replace" them, are you referring to the entire head or just those insert caps that pop on & off?
