I'm new to my company and first assignment is to get our Stratasys printer up and running... local knowledge indicates it worked fine a few months ago, but nobody is around that has details. Symptoms: seems to boot up / power is fine - but no info in the LCD display. The LCD display is backlit, but that's all. Any direction / assistance would be appreciated. thank you... dave
