The Inventor design module allows you to create gears of various types in an easy way.
The model generated, however, is of the "cosmetic" type, that is, very simplified in order not to burden the system with the environment.
To obtain a non-approximate gear model, it is necessary to export the profile of the single tooth with the desired precision. At this point, the toothed wheel can be completed with an extrusion of the profile and then a 3D series.
