I need someone to help me do my Science project in fusion 360
I have to make 3D novel Corona virus.

This is not a typical model for Fusion or any Parametric Modelling Software. Not that is not make able but it can be very time consuming to get the organic form.
The filename suggests that this is more like a Cinema4D file. You can use Blender, Rhino or something that is more suited for this type of models.
I agree with SolidTweaks, this isn't a great match for mechanical CAD systems, but it can be done.
Here's a SOLIDWORKS model, that is then rendered. It is just a sphere, then a bunch of additional revolved shapes are added to it. The CAD model has a rather boring appearance.
Texture and color can be added via rendering. Here a skin like material is made much more red, then a texture is applied to give the surface some detail. Additional work can be done in an image editor.
The end result is a blend of your skill level, time spent, and effort exerted.
