Microdynamics .D files to CAD DXF AAMA format

I'm trying to understand what it will take to get these files I have ( MicroDynamics format .D files) coverted to CAD (AAMA standard DXF files)

What would I need to get this done? Anyone know a solution that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg? I have to convert over 2,000 files.
