Looking for a Freelance to convert this 3DXML to a STP or Solidworks2023

Hello, I´m looking to convert this 3DXML to a STP format or a Solidworks 2023 format. You have to take each measure and create again the 3D model. Please, if you are interesting send me a message with the cost. Regards,
