I need help with this drawing

I didn't know how to connect all the different arcs in this drawing in AutoCAD, and also i don't know the point of the two 120° lines, if some can help me, please.

This seems to be the appropriate interpretation of this sketch, given that there are no other diameters provided to determine the base. I highlighted the construction line of interest to show that it is colinear with the bottom slope, which fully defines the sketch with all of the given dimensions.
