I need help for design 3d fully working prototype of electri Solar tricycle fir handycap person

In this I also used Arduino servo for control the tricycle remotely and also add one more features automatic break system

I want to only need help to design 3d model in modular way...

So plz help me to design i am new in design

I have some ideas. I want to create a movable nursing bed for patients with complete disability. This bed has certain deformation mechanisms and functions such as massage and turning over.
