How to open the downloaded files?
Whenever I try to open the files in pro-e, there is this message " XYZ cannot be retrieved ". What's the problem, please guide me.

1)files are in zip or rar---first unzip.
2)see which format files.
a)stp,iges---all 3d software can open it
b) prt.---maybe proe prt, if you don't open, please use higher version
or maybe it is ug prt.---you can use ug to open and higher version ug to open
c)sldprt----solidwork to open
The support part files are not found in working directory or renamed.
Which files you try to open,same Pro-E format or you trying to open some other formats??
If you open an assembly, make sure that the part files are also downloaded.
