How to convert stp file to 3dm or 3dmax

Can sombody please help me convert a .stp file to 3dm or 3dmax?

Can't you simply import the STP file? Seems to be supported.

Open Step file.

FIRST YOU HAVE TO OPEN STEP FILE IN YOUR DESIGN SOFTWARE .THEN AFTER SAVE AS 3DM OR 3D MAX FILE AS YOU WANT

If you work with Rhino (3dm) simply click import, and select the .stp file that you need and open it.
