How can i avoid axial load caused by the weight of movable components on my stepper motor?

You cannot, nobody can, hence with the increase of momentum, be it due to heavyer components of due to higher accelerations/deccelerations, the ony cures are; bigger motor, bigge belt/ballscrew, or you might avoid printing, and that is the total cure, no load on the motors at all.
