File downloads?

Is anyone having problems trying to download files from this site? Tried all day - message says "model archive being created - check back soon". Trying to download models that are either Autocad or STEP, At 48/page it seems to happen around fourth page, where models will not download. I cant seem to find a place to directly reach Grabcad support in order to resolve. Please advise.
