"could not insert the following file" error
I'm getting the following error when I try to add a model:
"Could not insert the following file"
GrabCad is up to date. Any suggestions? This is not a new installation and we've been using the same printers for a while

Ensure that the file format of the model you are trying to insert is supported by GrabCAD. Common supported formats include STL, OBJ, STEP, and others

The file you are trying to insert might be corrupted. Try opening the file in a different 3D modeling software to check if it is valid.
