Cannot send private messages
There are months since I try to send messages and I always receive „There was a problem sending your message, please try again.”

The message "There was a problem sending your message, please try again" still stops me to send a private message, even if its content is an answer or a question.
For instance, I cannot send the message "Thank you!"... see attached file
Today is August, 25, and still stops me to send messages, even if its content is an answer or a question.
