SOLIDWORKS Design & Help

I bought a Creality Raptor Pro for Christmas and it will not connect to the Creality Scan software. Creality is aware of the problem and says they are working on it but there are allot of customers that spent thousands of dollars on this channer and the attachments because of the good reviews, They have blamed it on a Windows Security update. I researched the update and the update removes back door intrusion through ports that can access personal banking information, passwords, keystroke recorder, etc........... So beware this is a Chinese company and China has stolen our information many times in the past,
