Nice little challenge. If you know the features it´s an easy one. Took me 5 min. in Inventor:

Nice little model. The only missing dimension is the length of the straight ø80 section. It is an easy model if you choose a simple approach, but I suspect that it could prove troublesome if you try to do too much in one step...?

I have a version but I think I am missing something. could be missing dimensions or I am overseeing something. The fillets do not match the Isometric view in the drawing.

It looks to me that the arc that is R25 on the drawing is drawn differently?

Yes; one seldom-used tool makes all the difference between quick&easy or difficult.

Interesting - I don't believe that I used a seldom-used tool. I did a revolve, an extrude, a fillet and a shell?

This was my instinctive Solidworks method as well. :D

Is this a CATIA specific feature? Multi-pad or something similar?

Looks like some sort of shop vac attachment.

I was referring to the Shell command. It's one that I seldom use, but I guess others use it quite a lot.

I most often model machined metal parts and molded plastic parts (with draft on cores and cavities), so I have little use for Shell.

Inventor. Nice little project.

BTW: I use the shell command quite often.

It’s the order of the fillets. The 8mm fillet should be first. The large fillets second. The 5mm fillet must be done last.

The fillet at the juncture of the square and round sections is not detailed on the original. I set it to 10mm and it looks about right.

Yes, sir. You are correct - I misssed that stupid fillet that makes all the other fillets meet in a nasty mess.

I am with Gollum on this one: 'Those Nasty Fillet-ses' :-)

That's the nice thing about the Shell command: once you have all the outside fillets, the inside ones are automatic. (most of the time)
