Hey, I've been trying to run TPU in the new 0.007" layer height made available. The prints kinda come out like junk. Say, parts that build clean in 0.010" layers come out a bit scrambled at the higher resolution. Anyone else having this issue? Have you been able to resolve it?

Hello Karl,


Did you upgrade the firmware on your Stratasys F370, F270 or F170 Printer? Version 2.1 is required for the 0.0070 inch slice height in TPU.

Hey Mike,


Actually, no! I read that you needed the updated firmware, but when I check my firmware through GrabCad it said "Firmware up to Date". So, I thought I was good.


However, as I now type this email, it just popped up that "Firmware update available 2.1". I guess it just took a little while to recognize that there was an update available.


I'm loading that update now. Excited to see the 0.007 TPU with the update!
